New icon when issuing patients with a Clinipad

A new icon will now display on the appointment book when a patient has a Clinipad issued to them so that the dentist can know if they are ready to be called into surgery.

If this icon is displayed, the patient is completing forms on a Clinipad device so is not ready to be called:

Once the Clinipad is returned the stick man will appear, letting you know that they are ready to see the dentist.
