A Medical Alert Template

We recommend adding a Medical Alert Pop-Up Note Template so your team is aware of a high-risk status during a patient visit.

When the COVID risk changes to low you can click 'Do not pop up again' to archive the Medical Alert note to the Medical Tab.

Mask Exemptions 

Another tip we recommend is to add a pop-up note template to let your team know the patient has a medical exemption and will not be wearing a mask during their appointment.  This pop-up note template can be added via the Patient note icon or the Notes tab.
