COVID Information on the Patient File [AU]

We recommend adding an additional tab to the patient file to record the response to COVID-19 screening questions from an email or screening calls.  

The additional tab called COVID-19 provides a central location to record screening question results and the risk assessment per patient per visit.  This tab will appear as the last tab on the patient file.

The COVID-19 tab can be enabled in a few quick steps. 

Step 1 Download the COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire

Step 2. Import the COVID-19 Screening Questions
