Enabling Denplan in EXACT

The Denplan tab appears on the Patient File if it has been enabled.

To enable the Denplan Tab

IMPORTANT: Restart EXACT to complete this procedure.

  1. Select Configure > Patient File (requires administrative security rights):

     

  2. In the Patient File screen, check (tick) the Enable Denplan tab checkbox:

     

  3. Click OK to close the Patient File.

  4. (IMPORTANT) Close and then restart EXACT.

  5. Open the patient File and check that you can now see the Denplan tab and two sub-tabs:

     

    The OHS tab is used to record an Oral Health Score, while the Assessment tab is used to create an on-line assessment of a patient's oral health the same as that used on the manual "Denplan Care Assessment" form.

    The Assessments tab allows you to to create an on-line assessment of a patient's oral health, corresponding to that used on the manual Denplan Care Assessment form.
