Enabling Denplan in EXACT

The Denplan tab appears on the Patient File if it has been enabled.

To enable the Denplan Tab

IMPORTANT: Restart EXACT to complete this procedure.

Select Configure > Patient File (requires administrative security rights):
In the Patient File screen, check (tick) the Enable Denplan tab checkbox:
Click OK to close the Patient File.
(IMPORTANT) Close and then restart EXACT.
Open the patient File and check that you can now see the Denplan tab and two sub-tabs:

The OHS tab is used to record an Oral Health Score, while the Assessment tab is used to create an on-line assessment of a patient's oral health the same as that used on the manual "Denplan Care Assessment" form.
The Assessments tab allows you to to create an on-line assessment of a patient's oral health, corresponding to that used on the manual Denplan Care Assessment form.
