How do I change my appointment reminder text?
Oasis uses merge forms to configure the text used with SMS, email and printed messages. For appointment reminders, the forms are stored under Preferences, My Time, Scheduler Merge Forms.
To change an existing form, select the form and then select the Edit Document option.
This will load the existing form in a paragraph editor program.
Modify the text as required in the form and then select File, Save Document to save any changes made. (Remember, a single text message is restricted to 160 characters (and that includes the practice name) – you can have multiple if required)
Note that there are three date options - 303 Date (Long), 324 Date (Mid) and 323 Date (Short). If you are finding your messages are chopped off, try using the short date option.
