Tasks

The Tasks utility enables a practice to record tasks that affect the Appointment Book in a "To Do List" format.

With its integrated features Tasks is a management tool rather than a simple list.

This utility enables a Practice to integrate task management directly in the EXACT interface so that users do not need to refer out to third party software or to a physical list in order to manage tasks. It is unobtrusive, and for users who create an icon on the Workspace bar, it only becomes visible when action needs to be taken.
