EXACT Custom Screen Archive - UK & EIRE

Use this page to Download Custom Screens which can be used for Charting, Medical Histories attaching an extra tab (or 2) to the patients file. See here for more information: Creating Custom Screens

Scroll down or press CTRL+F and search for a Title/Keyword to quickly find Custom Screens
Click on the Custom Screen Title to download the .CSV file
Right Click and “Open as new Tab” if Left clicking isn’t working.
(if the file downloads as a .XLS file, change the file name/extension to .CSV before importing into EXACT)
Log into EXact (as a high enough user) and go to Configure, Custom Screens
Click “Import”, find the downloaded custom screen .CSV file and import. It may ask to rename it if an existing Custom Screen with the same name already exists.
