Managing Your NHS eDental connection

Each NHS Scotland practice has a Fortinet NHS router. The SWAN team are responsible for setup, configuration and maintenance of these devices.

They are often unplugged, moved or crash and this causes all NHS related functions (CHI & Transmissions) to stop working.

Below is a guide which can sometimes assist us, assist the practice with basic troubleshooting before the issue is escalated off to the NHS IT Support team.
