Changing the Scanned Documents Format

You can choose what format you want your documents to be scanned into EXACT. You can choose TIFF but this tends to consume more hard drive space so you may find JPEG or PDF will be a better option for scanning in documents.

  1. To change this configuration go to Configure->Practice Settings

  2. In the top left choose the option from Tiff, JPEG or PDF. PDF will support multipage documents.
