Introduction

Patient Contact Lists is a feature that can be used to search your database and find a specific groups of patients for:

• Reporting Purposes - Finding how many patients match a search

• Contacting Patients. Send email/sms/letter messages to a large number of patients at once.

• Creating a list for admin purposes - Create a patient list you can go through to check details or make changes to patients.

• Easily book appointments, using the Multi Column appointment book

Examples of contact lists include:

• All patients who have not been seen in the last three years

• New patients

• Patients with failed appointments.

• List patients with no appointments in the last 12 months

• List patients without appointments booked in the next 3 months

• List all patients who have had a tooth extracted

• List all inactive patients
