Contacting Patients Regarding an Opportunity

The first step to getting a patient back in for their outstanding treatment is to contact them. Via Care Manager this can be done via Phone, Email or SMS and can include online booking links.

To view your opportunities click on Administration->Care Manager

The contact details for each patient/opportunity are listed on the right hand side. You can use the Care Manager options to Book an appointment, Snooze the opportunity or Reject the opportunity.

You can also add notes to an opportunity to note down the conversation you had via the phone.

You can contact by Email/SMS by highlighting the opportunity and clicking the Contact button. Select the appointment its referring, the type of message and the email/sms template to send. You can include an online booking planned treatment link in the template so they can book their appointment.
