Updating Service Fees

For updating NHS Fees see:
NHS Band Fees England & Wales or Updating NHS Payor Fees (Scotland & Northern Ireland)

Click Fee Updates from the Configure, Services window (EXACT security permissions required).

You can change the fees by:
1. Increase or Decrease by a given percentage
2. Create a new set of fees that you will use from a given date.

To increase or decrease your fees by a given %

Open

Select OK to open the Percentage Fee Adjust window:

Change all fees within the service list or just a specific category, for example you may want to increase the fees for cosmetic treatments only.

To create a NEW set of fees to use from a given date

Select OK to see the Add Fee Schedule window:

Use this to change all fees within the Service list or just a specific category. For example you may want to increase the fees for just cosmetic treatments.

Reverting a fee update

You can also Undo the last fee change that you made by selecting the below option immediately following a fee update.
