Exporting Contact Lists

To export a contact list you must first create a contact list using the Creating a Contact List guide

Once created click on the Export button in the bottom left.

Open

This will present a ‘Save As’ window. Navigate the location you want to export to.

Rename the filename to something appropriate eg (LapsedListExport.csv). Its important to add the .csv on the end.

This will export the patients in the contact list and all the information on their patient file to an spreadsheet. From here you can remove any unwanted data columns.
