Manually Sending a Patient Recall
If a patient has not received a recall via automation or we want to send them another recall then we can do that via the Manage Recalls section. You need to start by navigating to the month the recall(s) belong to.
To monitor recall effectiveness go to Administration->Manage Recalls
This will display the Manage Recalls screen showing your recall overview.
Double click the month you wish to action.
The Month View displays the details of its recall patients.
On the right hand side shows the Available Contact The icons in the Month View screen are interactive, so you can at any time click a contact method for a particular patient.
To send an email for one patient from the month recall screen.
Click the email icon for that patient and complete the fields.
Click Ok to send the SMS.
SMS
To send an SMS for one patient from the month recall screen.
Click the SMS icon for that patient, complete fields for the SMS tab.
Click Ok to send the SMS.
Letter
To print a recall letter for one patient from the month view screen
Click the Print Letter icon for that patient, complete fields for the Letter tab and the Label tab:
Optionally Display before clicking the Print button.
You can at any time check the Prior Contacts column to confirm that a letter was printed:
Phone
This can be done for a number of icons, including Home Phone, Business Phone and Mobile Phone.
To phone a single patient from the Month View screen
Click the Phone icon for that patient.
Optionally type a Description for records purposes.
Optionally type contact notes.
If you have the CTI module installed, click for digital dialling:
You can at any time click the equivalent phone icon that appears in the Prior Contacts column to see all details of the call.
CTI module has been removed from build 13.422
Any recalls sent via this method will add an icon to the Prior Contacts Column for that patient.
