How to add the Covid Screening email template [AU]

How to add the Appointment Reminder with COVID Screening Questions email template

1. TO ADD Click here to download a word document with the HTML content for the AU template. [HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) is a useful way to share code to maintain the content and structure of an email.]  

2. Open the document from your Downloads Folder or save the document

3. Copy all of the content in the document [use CTRL + A = select all and then CTRL+C to copy all or right-click and select copy]

4. In EXACT got to Configure >Email Templates

5. Click +1 to add a new email template

6. Click the HTML Edit Mode icon

   Open

   

7. Right-click and select paste the HTML content copied from the word document

8. Click the design mode icon to open the content of the email

9. Open

   

10. Add a Code for the template - APPT REMINDER + CSQ

11. Add a Description that will appear as the subject line in the email “Getting ready for your next dental visit”

12. Delete the logo place-holder (highlight and then backspace)

13. Insert with your logo using the Insert Image icon

15. Select OK to save the new template
