Adding Mobile Number to Appointment Daylist Printout

If your appointment book printout is missing patient mobile numbers you can add it by selecting a different layout in the printing configuration.

You will only be able to do this with a user that has access to edit/add layouts

1. Go to Configure->Printing Setup

2. Click Reports Tab, Double click Appointment Book

3. Change Layout to A4_Mobile.220 and click ok.

4. Mobile is always shown when using this layout. Ticking “Show phone numbers” will add the Home number.
